Shipment processing time

Orders are typically processed within 2-3 business days, as long as items are in stock. Items that are not readily available, custom items and large parts may take longer. Please let us know if you have a target delivery date so that we can do our best to get your item(s) to you when you need them or let you know if we won't be able to fill your order in time. During holidays or times when we are experiencing a high volume of sales, orders may take longer to process. 

 

Shipping rates and delivery estimates

Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout. In the event that the shipping charge ends up being more or less than estimated / charged, we will contact the customer to settle any difference.


Shipment confirmation and order tracking

You will receive shipping confirmation via email with tracking information if you selected a shipping method with tracking service.

 

Customs, duties, and taxes

Toyota4Low is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, etc.).

 

Damages

Toyota4Low is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. If you received your order damaged, please contact the shipment carrier or our support team directly to file a claim. Please save all packaging material and damaged goods before filing a claim.
