Refund policy
We have a 14-day return policy on new items, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return.
All used parts are sold as-is and are not returnable or refundable.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
To start a return, you can contact us at toyota4low@gmail.com. If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned including decals that have been peeled off their backer paper, and custom products (such as special orders or personalized items).
Custom and made-to-order items (i.e. limited monthly apparel) are non-refundable/non-returnable.
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on used parts, sale items or gift cards.
Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too. Your refund will be for the amount of item(s) returned, minus the cost of shipping fee(s).
Custom Items / Special Requests
We will always do our best to accommodate requests for custom / special items. We have a running list and complete items in the order in which the requests were received. Depending on how many items are ahead of you and what else may be happening in the office, determines how long it takes us to get to custom requests - sometimes that's only a week, sometimes it can be a month or more. We appreciate your patience and understanding on this. We're only a two-person team, both working full-time jobs outside of the Toyota4Low office.
Special items that we are unable to sell to other customers may be subject to a non-refundable design charge of $75.00, due before service is rendered. This charge will be put towards the purchase of the item(s) once complete but will not be refunded should the customer fail to respond to communication(s) regarding the design or actually purchase the item(s). We are happy to do custom work but this charge is unfortunately necessary to protect our time from being wasted.
